About the Nonprofit

The Mighty Millie Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in honor of Millie Mracek, the joyful, brave, world-changing daughter of a family whose world was forever changed after a valiant fight with pediatric cancer. It is our mission to bring community together to create awareness, funding, resources, and research to fight childhood cancer. We believe that a family should never hear the words, “we are out of options.” We believe in creating small moments of big joy in honor of Millie. We started the Mighty Millie Popsicle Project, which provides popsicles to pediatric cancer hospitals, as a way to create moments of joy for the most deserving children on the planet. Over the last year, we have donated over 14,000 popsicles and are located in ten pediatric cancer centers across the southeastern US.

Together, forever, we fight childhood cancer. For more information — visit mightymillie.org or follow @mightymillie on Instagram.

 We Believe

We believe that no parent should hear, “I’m sorry, but the science just isn’t there yet.”

We believe in creating small moments of big joy.

We believe in advancing treatment options for childhood cancer, especially rhabdomyosarcoma.

We believe that Millie’s life mattered and that this mission would exist if she was still fighting childhood cancer with us on earth.

Nonprofits We Love

Organizations are already doing really big and important things. We want to highlight the nonprofit organizations that helped during our journey.

Research

There has to be better treatment options for childhood cancer. The way to create those new options is through clinical trials and funding research.
